2. Data We Collect

We do not require account registration.

Bubble Planet is designed to work without collecting personal information such as full name, address, photos, or contacts.

Depending on device/payment flow, limited technical or transaction data may be processed by platform services.

3. Local Device Data

To make gameplay work, Bubble Planet stores some data on your device, such as:

• Unlocked animal packs
• Basic in-app progress or settings

This data is stored locally (on-device) and is not used to identify a child personally.

4. Purchases

Bubble Planet offers optional in-app purchases for content packs. Purchases are handled by Google Play billing (and related payment infrastructure).

We do not store your full payment card details in the app.

5. Ads and Tracking

Bubble Planet does not show third-party ads.

Bubble Planet is not designed to track children across apps or websites.

6. Permissions

Bubble Planet only requests permissions necessary for normal app functionality. It does not request unnecessary access to sensitive device data.

7. How We Use Data

Any data processed is used only to:

• Run core gameplay features
• Unlock paid content after a valid purchase
• Maintain app stability and reliability

8. Sharing Data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by trusted service providers only where needed to operate app-store billing and technical delivery.

9. Children's Privacy

We design Bubble Planet with children in mind and aim to follow applicable child privacy requirements (including COPPA principles for U.S. users). If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review and address the request.

10. Data Retention

Local app data remains on the device until removed by the user (for example, uninstalling the app or clearing app storage).
